Best Crypto Alert Apps: Which Tool Fits Your Trading Needs?
The best crypto alert app depends on the job: try CoinGecko for free phone price targets, Coinwink for simple Telegram thresholds, TradingView for your own technical rules, and CoinNudge for managed Telegram market-event explanations. This guide compares 15 options, including portfolio and on-chain complements, by trigger, setup, destination and billing—not by untested speed or trading returns.

Which are the best crypto alert apps for price, technical and Telegram alerts?
For a known price level, start with a phone or Telegram threshold tool; for an exact indicator formula, choose a configurable chart platform; for an explained stream of qualifying market events, inspect a managed service. The comparison below includes 15 options—14 alternatives and CoinNudge—and separates direct alert tools from portfolio, on-chain and regional complements.
CoinNudge appears second for editorial visibility, not because it scored second in a benchmark. A documented feature does not prove notification speed, and a large coin directory does not prove that every asset supports every alert type. Verify your pair, exchange, interval, destination and plan before purchase.
Source checks: 3 October 2026. Prices are USD unless EUR is shown; unverified numeric quotes are not carried forward. Editorial display order, not a performance ranking. CoinNudge publishes this guide and is a compared vendor.
| Crypto alert app / best-fit task | Price, billing and allowance | Trigger and delivery workflow | Coverage boundary / reason to choose another tool |
|---|---|---|---|
| CoinGecko / free phone price targets | Free consumer app; developer API priced separately. | One-time or recurring mobile price targets; choose the reference coin. | Good for a known level. Aggregated coin prices are not your exchange bid/ask. |
| CoinNudge / managed contextual Telegram alerts | Free tier; Pro $8.99 / 30 days. One-time purchase, not annual billing or auto-renewal. | 9 alert categories + daily briefing; maintained rules, explanations, language/timezone and eligible follow-ups. | 12 default spot coins + up to 10 personal coins; separate venue scopes apply. No Pine scripts, SMS or execution. |
| Coinwink / Telegram or email price thresholds | Free: 5 email + 5 Telegram alerts. Standard $8/month; Premium $12/month. | User-defined price/percentage conditions; Telegram and email. Premium includes 100 SMS/month. | Straightforward thresholds, not a custom indicator strategy. Confirm recurring/reset behaviour. |
| Cryptocurrency Alerting / configurable multi-channel alerts | Free: 3 active alerts / 10 notifications. Trader $7.99/month; Pro $39.99/month. Annual discounts differ. | Price, volume, funding, listings and wallet-related conditions; Telegram, email, push, Discord, webhooks and other channels. | Rule slots and notification allowances differ; SMS/phone restrictions vary by plan and country. |
| TradingView / custom technical and Pine rules | Free Basic; paid plans. Current USD quote not verified: regional pricing was shown. | Price, indicators, drawings or strategies; app/email and configurable webhook routing. | Best fit when exact chart logic matters. Check technical-alert slots and destination setup, not only price-alert slots. |
| CoinMarketCap / mobile discovery and watchlists | Consumer mobile app; paid developer API is separate. Check any additional feature entitlement in-app. | Mobile price targets alongside coin discovery and watchlists. | Do not infer custom technical rules or Telegram delivery from the size of its market directory. |
| CoinStats / portfolio-linked monitoring | Free Basic; displayed Premium $13.99/month after trial. Confirm the selected billing toggle. | Custom alerts alongside portfolio and connected-account tracking. | Prefer for holdings context; verify the precise alert type, permissions and subscription before connecting. |
| Delta by eToro / mixed-asset portfolio context | Free download; PRO available. Current numeric subscription price not verified in this check. | Portfolio tracking, custom notifications and market context across asset types. | Prefer portfolio context, not assumed equivalence to exchange-specific Telegram event rules. |
| Altrady / scanning with a trading terminal | Public pricing lists Basic €28/month; verify selected tier, currency and renewal at checkout. | Price/trend-line alerts, technical scanning and connected trading workflows. | Execution and bots are different products from notifications. Confirm API permissions and feature entitlement. |
| Santiment / Sanbase / social and on-chain metric alerts | Free: up to 3 simultaneous alerts and data restrictions. Pro $49/month; Max $249/month. | Metric-driven alerts, screening and social/on-chain investigation; plan-specific integrations. | Specialist research complement. Free Sanbase data has a stated 30-day lag; not an immediate spot-price substitute. |
| CryptoQuant / on-chain research and metric alerts | Basic access and paid arrangements; current numeric price not verified on the public page. | Exchange/on-chain metrics and research workflows; verify chosen metric and alert entitlement. | Deposits/withdrawals are different from aggressive executed spot trades. API access is a separate purchasing decision. |
| altFINS / technical screening and pattern alerts | Plan-dependent capabilities; current numeric price not verified. Check official pricing before purchase. | Price, saved-filter and chart-pattern alerts with mobile notification support. | Good fit for a screener-led watchlist; exact condition, interval and destination need verification. |
| Stock Alarm Pro / stocks and crypto in one workflow | Free: 3 alerts. Paid annual offer $168 upfront ($14/month equivalent). Trial requires a card. | Price, percentage, volume and technical triggers; push, email and phone channels are documented. | Multi-asset coverage is not a crypto-coin count. Verify market/symbol support and charges after the trial. |
| Binance app / alerts near your exchange market | Built-in app price-alert workflow; the documented Pro app mode is not a paid alert subscription. | Pair-specific price/condition alerts; official setup lists 10 per pair, 50 total and 90-day validity. | Exchange-specific and region-dependent. An alert is not a submitted order or guaranteed execution. |
| Breet / target-rate alerts and local cash-out | Free alerts; official guide lists up to 5 active alerts. | Target-rate push/email alerts connected to conversion to naira or cedis. | Nigeria/Ghana workflow, not a global technical-alert replacement; conversion rates/fees need separate checking. |

What should you check before choosing an alert app?
- Choose the trigger first: a price target, a technical rule, a wallet metric and a managed market event do not answer the same question.
- Count rule slots separately from notifications, and compare upfront payment with the advertised monthly equivalent.
- Inspect a message before paying: asset, venue, interval, evidence, time and a useful next check matter more than a promised win rate.
- No independent delivery-speed or cross-provider uptime test was conducted for this edition. A recorded trigger is not a message read by a customer.
How were these crypto alert tools compared—and what was not tested?
We selected tools for identifiable monitoring tasks, then checked official product and pricing pages on 3 October 2026. This is a source-backed buyer guide, not an exhaustive census, paid-account test or profitability ranking. Some pages expose regional prices or incomplete plan details; those cells explicitly say that a current numeric quote was not verified.
The prior September price ledger remains available as an historical edition. It must not be interpreted as current checkout pricing. The new comparison ledger preserves the exact displayed statements and source-check notes; changes to a vendor plan require a new check, not a claim that our price list updates automatically.
Our commercial interest is disclosed above. No provider paid for placement. We recommend other tools when their price-target, scripting, portfolio, on-chain or cash-out workflow fits better. “Best” means appropriate for a stated job, not an objectively superior provider in every category.

Do I need a crypto price alert, a technical indicator alert or a market-event alert?
A price alert answers whether a reference quote reached your chosen level. A technical indicator alert answers whether a specified calculation met a condition on a stated timeframe. A market-event alert identifies a change in participation, leverage or a verified announcement. Buying one category does not automatically reproduce the other two.
Write the condition in one sentence before choosing a tool: “BTC hit my target” and “BTC closed above a range with unusual volume” are different requirements. For an index price, confirm its venue/quote definition; for a closed-candle rule, wait until that candle is complete. An alert is a prompt to inspect evidence, not an order.
| User question | Minimum information to verify | Appropriate workflow | Common mismatch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Has BTC reached my price? | Pair/reference, threshold, reset and repeat behaviour | Phone price app, Coinwink or exchange alert | Aggregate coin price mistaken for exchange execution price |
| Did RSI or MACD meet my rule? | Formula, parameters, timeframe, intrabar vs close | TradingView or a verified technical scanner | Default provider rules mistaken for custom chart logic |
| Did trading participation or leverage change? | Volume baseline, taker-flow venue, native funding interval and OI units | Managed context or configurable event tool | Turnover treated as deposits; OI treated as directional demand |
| Did a wallet or portfolio condition change? | Chain/account, metric definition and permissions | Portfolio or on-chain specialist | Executed trades confused with wallet transfers |

Are free crypto alerts enough, or should I pay for an alert app?
Free alerts can be enough when you only monitor a few known price levels. Paying becomes relevant when your required rule, destination or quota is absent—not because paid messages are proven more profitable. Test your free workflow first, including repeat behaviour, phone permissions and rule expiry.
Coinwink’s free allowance is five email and five Telegram alerts; Cryptocurrency Alerting lists three active rules and ten notifications. CoinGecko’s app offers free price targets. These are different allowances: a rule can fire repeatedly and consume a notification quota. CoinNudge’s free BTC/ETH price-move and eligible Binance listing alerts are managed events, not a user-programmable target-price engine.
Upgrade only after identifying a concrete gap: enough simultaneous rules, a required delivery channel, an exact technical condition or an explained market-event bundle. SMS, phone calls, portfolio tools and custom scripts may justify choosing a competitor instead of our Pro plan.
Verify: Coinwink free and paid allowances · Cryptocurrency Alerting rule and notification limits · CoinGecko free mobile price alerts
Which Telegram crypto alerts fit me: custom thresholds or managed market context?
Choose configurable Telegram alerts if you already know the level or condition to monitor; choose managed contextual messages if you want the provider to maintain a defined event checklist. Telegram is the destination, not the strategy. Coinwink and Cryptocurrency Alerting document Telegram; CoinNudge sends eligible managed events to a linked private chat.
A custom chart rule routed through a webhook is another workflow, with a receiver and delivery configuration to maintain. Do not assume that buying chart alerts automatically gives a ready-made Telegram bot. Conversely, our managed RSI/MACD/volume conditions cannot import your Pine script or arbitrary threshold settings.
Before purchase, inspect the actual message rather than a promised win rate. Check whether it names the pair, venue, event time, evidence and a next observation. A trading-call group posting entry/stop/target recommendations is not the same product as a market-data alert tool.

What do RSI, MACD, volume and funding alerts actually tell a trader?
Technical alerts describe conditions, not a confirmed buy or sell. RSI flags momentum extremes; MACD and moving-average changes describe momentum/trend shifts; volume identifies participation relative to a baseline. Funding and OI describe derivative positioning under their native contract definitions. Read each with price structure and available independent context.
CoinNudge’s technical triggers use closed 15-minute candles with closed 1-hour/4-hour context. Its price and volume observations can use closed 5-minute bars. ADX/DMI, ATR and UTC-day VWAP add context where data are eligible. Faster evaluation is not a promise of a push every five minutes; a raw observation can be filtered before delivery.
An intrabar crossover may disappear before close. A closed-bar rule deliberately waits for completion, so it must not be judged against an unfinished candle. RSI, MACD and EMA also share price inputs: three aligned readings are not three independent confirmations.
| Crypto alert / evidence | What it can show | What it cannot establish | Next check |
|---|---|---|---|
| RSI(14) extreme | Recent momentum is stretched on this interval | That the market has bottomed or topped | Trend, persistence, liquidity and a defined price level |
| MACD(12,26,9) or EMA(9/21) cross | Momentum/trend relationship changed at candle close | Profitable continuation or reversal | ADX/DMI, participation and higher-timeframe opposition |
| Relative quote-volume spike | Turnover exceeded the stated historical baseline | Net buying, accumulation or future direction | Price response and valid aggressive-buy/sell evidence |
| Spot taker buy/sell pressure | Which side initiated executed trades on the named venue | Money deposited into an exchange or all-market demand | Window alignment, price movement and missing sources |
| Funding rate + open interest | Crowding and changing outstanding contracts | Guaranteed squeeze direction or risk-free carry | Native payment interval, OI units, basis, fees and liquidation context |

What should a useful crypto alert message contain? Three recorded examples
A useful message states what happened, what evidence was available, why it matters and what to inspect next. The three cases below are real public CoinNudge observations frozen for this edition. They are selected illustrations, not a representative success-rate sample, proof of a push being delivered, or current trading recommendations.
Technical example: ETHUSDT on Binance, closed 15m bar ending 3 October 2026 at 11:44:59.999 UTC. MACD was 1.4041 versus signal 1.3614, but relative quote volume was only 0.73× and ADX was 19.1. The 1h/4h trends opposed the short-term bullish observation. The useful conclusion is “check the conflict and participation,” not “buy because MACD crossed.” This public observation is not being presented as a qualifying Telegram send.
Volume example: AVAXUSDT, Binance closed 5m bar ending 3 October at 11:39:59.999 UTC. Quote volume was 1,809,074.07 USDT against a 116,010.08 baseline: 15.59×, with a +0.52% candle move and an effective 5.62× threshold. This describes unusual trading activity, not exchange deposits or proof that continuation will follow.
Listing example: a public MEXC notice identified HOOKED in the Meme+ zone, recorded at 05:47:17.123 UTC on 3 October. The token label comes from listing metadata, not an internal announcement identifier. A listing notice is not proof of available liquidity or a reason to buy; reopen the official notice to verify the network, contract, trading state and any changes. The recorded status is not represented as today’s live opening status.
| Recorded case | Evidence in the frozen public record | Useful interpretation / missing proof |
|---|---|---|
| ETHUSDT · technical · public ID 17834 | MACD/Signal 1.4041/1.3614; volume 0.73×; ADX 19.1; countertrend | Momentum changed, but trend/participation are not aligned. No customer delivery receipt. |
| AVAXUSDT · volume · public ID 17828 | 1,809,074.07 / 116,010.08 USDT = 15.59×; price +0.52% | Activity rose markedly; check whether price and order flow support continuation. No measured subsequent return. |
| HOOKED · MEXC Meme+ · public ID 17688 | Official announcement link and listing symbol; local observation timestamp | Verify the exact asset and notice. Recorded observation time is not exchange publication or opening time. |

Which crypto alert app is fastest or most reliable—and what would prove it?
This guide cannot identify a fastest or most reliable app: we did not run a controlled cross-provider delivery test. Official features, screenshots and our recorded public triggers establish different things. None of them alone proves that every eligible alert reached a customer on time.
A defensible seven-day test fixes the pair, venue, rule, interval, enabled settings and observation window first. Log all eligible events—including misses—then trace rule evaluation, suppression reason, queued job, retry and channel acceptance. Measure latency from the same event definition for every provider. For a close-based rule, time begins at the completed candle, not at a transient intrabar crossing.
Telegram accepting a request is not proof that a phone displayed it or a person read it. If a provider does not expose its eligible-event denominator or a retry reason, the correct result is “not independently verifiable,” not an invented 100% delivery rate. We publish the evaluation contract below as a checklist, not completed benchmark results.
| Reliability measure | Required denominator / clock | Interpretation boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Coverage of eligible events | All rule-eligible events with valid inputs and enabled entitlement | Exclude intentionally suppressed events only with a published reason |
| Channel acceptance rate | Accepted unique messages / expected unique delivery jobs | API acceptance is not notification display or user read |
| Delay distribution | Channel acceptance UTC minus defined event UTC; median/p95 and sample count | Close-based and intrabar rules must be reported separately |
| Retry and unresolved failures | Jobs and attempts, terminal state and cutoff | A later successful retry is not a separate new market event |
| Duplicate rate | Repeated delivery for the same recipient/event key | A valid reference-level follow-up is not automatically a duplicate |
Verify: Inspect timestamped public observations, not delivery receipts
How can I reduce crypto alert noise without hiding important changes?
Reduce irrelevant conditions before increasing notification volume: follow the coins and timeframes you actually act on, distinguish context from an urgent change, and ask how the provider groups related events. A cooldown is a suppression rule, not proof that a market stayed unchanged.
CoinNudge records observations separately from its delivery decision. Same-coin/same-window grouping, materiality and supporting evidence can prevent a small price move or isolated indicator cross from becoming an immediate push. Eligible reference-level follow-ups are bounded and changed-state based; unchanged observations should not be treated as new confirmations.
Do not equate source scanning frequency with a fixed number of daily messages. Quiet markets may produce no eligible event; volatile markets may produce several. The trade-off is real: filtering can reduce interruptions but may also leave an observation only in the public feed. Ask for that distinction rather than a claim that the service never misses anything.
Verify: Read the managed alert rules and qualifying scope · Inspect the public signal feed
Which alert workflow suits beginners, active traders and portfolio investors?
Choose by what you need to decide after the notification. Beginners monitoring a few levels usually do not need a full chart subscription; active traders with a precise strategy need reproducible conditions; portfolio users need holdings context. One product does not need to perform every role.
The scenario table is editorial guidance derived from documented workflows, not measured preference or an endorsement of every paid feature. Verify the exact condition and account permissions before subscribing, especially when a tool also connects to trading or conversion services.
| Trading task | Shortlist to investigate | Reason and next check |
|---|---|---|
| Beginner: tell me when a coin reaches a level | CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap or an available exchange app | Start with a free reference-price alert; test push permissions and repeat/expiry |
| Known Telegram price threshold | Coinwink or Cryptocurrency Alerting | Verify target, recurring behaviour, active slots and channel quota |
| My indicator or Pine Script condition | TradingView; altFINS/Altrady if their scanner rule matches | Check formula, venue, closed/intrabar rule, alert quota and routing |
| Explain qualifying market changes without building every rule | CoinNudge | Preview the actual checklist, tracked spot coins, derivatives scope and language settings |
| Alerts around existing holdings or mixed asset portfolios | CoinStats, Delta or Stock Alarm Pro | Confirm holdings/symbol coverage, relevant triggers and read-only permissions |
| Social/on-chain metric changes | Santiment or CryptoQuant | Check source freshness, metric definition and plan-specific alerts |
| Target-rate notification and local cash-out | Breet where eligible | Confirm Nigeria/Ghana availability, conversion quote and separate fees |
What does CoinNudge Pro include—and when is another tool a better choice?
CoinNudge fits traders who want explained, maintained Telegram market-event monitoring for $8.99 per 30 days. Advanced alert features, bundled for $8.99 per 30 days—not just a price alarm. Pro contains nine alert categories plus one daily briefing, rather than separately purchased plans for each supported category. Compare paid workflows, not just entry prices: this overlaps with jobs served by competitors’ paid tiers, not all of their entitlements.
Default spot monitoring covers BTC and ETH plus ten managed popular coins, with up to ten personal supported Binance USDT spot coins. Derivatives, liquidation, sentiment, listings and sector events have different source universes. The 50 monitored sector baskets are eligible for alerts, but each must meet its participation, liquidity and movement rules; fifty baskets does not mean fifty messages per day.
Free access includes managed BTC/ETH price-move observations and eligible Binance spot-listing alerts. Pro access is a one-time 30-day purchase without auto-renewal; the crypto checkout can include a chain/payment-identification adjustment. Choose another tool for arbitrary target rules, Pine scripting, SMS/phone calls, wallet-transfer surveillance or actual order execution.
The purchase reason is less rule-maintenance work plus an interpretable message and a daily overview—not proven superior returns. The 12 notification languages and timezone settings concern delivery, not a promise that the entire website is translated. Paid historical research data packs are separate purchases and are not included in an alert plan.
| Included Pro alert category | What the customer receives | Important scope |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Price moves | Qualifying volatility-aware price change with evidence | Closed 5m Binance spot observations; delivery materiality rules apply |
| 2 · Unusual volume | Relative turnover against a stated baseline/threshold | Not net inflow; adaptive thresholds and delivery checks can apply |
| 3 · Spot flow and leverage context | Aggressive buy/sell evidence and cross-source disagreement | Named venues/windows; executed trades are not deposits |
| 4 · Technical indicators | RSI, MACD, EMA and Bollinger observations with eligible trend context | Closed 15m triggers; 1h/4h, ADX/DMI, ATR and VWAP are context |
| 5 · Perpetual crowding and liquidation | Eligible funding/OI changes and observed liquidation pressure | Binance/Hyperliquid/OKX source scopes differ; observed liquidation is not the entire market |
| 6 · Sentiment and sectors | Qualifying sentiment/basket changes across 50 monitored sector baskets | Constituent, liquidity, participation and movement eligibility still apply |
| 7 · Binance listings | Verified official listing notices | Spot-market eligibility; announcement is not a trading recommendation |
| 8 · MEXC listings | Eligible spot, Meme+ and pre-market announcements | Market type and actual asset identity need verification |
| 9 · Scheduled opening reminders | Eligible reminder before a verified scheduled opening | Recheck delays/cancellations; no guarantee of immediate liquidity |
| Plus · Daily market briefing | 12-module overview at a selected supported local morning time | A dated summary, not continuous tick-by-tick monitoring |

How should I compare monthly, annual and 30-day crypto alert prices?
Compare the amount due today, the renewal obligation and the usable alert allowance. An annual “per month” number is not the same as a monthly purchase. Cryptocurrency Alerting Trader is $7.99 month-to-month or $47.88 upfront for a year ($3.99/month equivalent). Stock Alarm Pro’s $168 annual offer is $14/month equivalent, not a $14 one-month checkout.
CoinNudge Pro is $8.99 for 30 days, without an annual commitment or automatic renewal. Coinwink Standard is $8/month and Premium $12/month. TradingView’s current check rendered regional currency, so this edition does not repeat its old USD quote as a verified current price. Currency, taxes, promotional terms and channel allowances need rechecking at checkout.
A feature list is not a cost-of-trading estimate. Add any webhook receiver, SMS quota, connected terminal and setup responsibility that your workflow needs. We have not measured saved labour or return on subscription cost. There is no blanket claim that CoinNudge is cheaper than free apps or every competing paid tier.

Why am I not receiving crypto alerts? A rule-to-phone troubleshooting checklist
First check whether a valid rule actually qualified, then trace entitlement, destination and phone notification settings. A coin moving on your chart does not prove that a different venue, interval or provider rule triggered. Closed-bar signals may intentionally wait; missing/stale source data are not zero movement.
For CoinNudge, verify the registered account, Telegram binding, enabled category, supported coin and active entitlement. Inspect the public signal feed for context, but remember that a raw public observation can fail the delivery policy. If a message is absent, provide the pair, UTC time, category and expected rule to support—never a wallet seed or exchange secret.
A notification-only service does not need withdrawal permissions. If a portfolio tool asks to connect an exchange, use the minimum permissions needed, verify the official application and revoke unused access. An alert that contains a link does not make that link or a token contract trustworthy.
| Checkpoint | What to verify | Likely explanation / action |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Eligible event | Same pair/venue, interval, threshold, completed bar and valid inputs | A different reference quote or unfinished candle did not qualify |
| 2 · Subscription and rule state | Plan, enabled category, supported symbol, quota, expiry and cooldown | Renew/re-enable the required rule; do not assume every public record is pushed |
| 3 · Delivery destination | Correct linked chat, bot/chat access and channel integration | Repair the integration; channel acceptance still is not user-read evidence |
| 4 · Device settings | Muted chat, focus mode, app notification/battery/background settings | Check OS/app delivery without exposing credentials |
| 5 · Source and job failure | Observed UTC time, missing inputs, queued/retry/terminal state where available | Ask support for a trace with pair/time/category; do not convert unknown status into success |
Verify: Contact CoinNudge support · Inspect source-labelled market observations
What should I test before paying for crypto alerts?
Try one representative monitoring task before expanding your subscription. Keep a seven-day log of eligible observations, expected destination, event UTC, received UTC, duplicates and missing messages. A successful screenshot is useful for readability but cannot replace the denominator of expected events.
Choose a familiar liquid coin and a rule you can check independently. Test an ordinary event, conflicting evidence and a period with no qualifying event. For a close-based technical alert, verify the formula and complete candle; for a listing, verify the original notice and opening state. Keep speed, message interpretation and trading outcomes as separate evaluations.
For CoinNudge, the path is: preview the alert list and messages, compare the 30-day plan, then register/sign in and link Telegram before enabling the relevant settings. A paid alert plan does not grant all historical files. Researchers who need reusable evidence should inspect separately priced data packs and their samples.
- Can I reproduce what triggered from the pair, venue, timeframe and rule?
- Can I distinguish countertrend evidence, missing inputs and a useful next observation?
- Have I verified active-rule slots, repeat behaviour, expiry and the real upfront cost?
- Can I stop or mute notifications without granting trading/withdrawal permissions?
- Did I keep failed, duplicate and unreceived cases instead of only good-looking examples?

CoinGecko: a sensible starting point for free phone price alerts
The consumer app documents custom price alerts and is offered free. For a beginner whose question is simply whether a coin reached a level, that is a useful first trial. It is separate from CoinGecko’s paid developer API.
Our buying advice: test notification permissions and the asset you actually follow before adding another subscription. If you need a specific exchange execution price, confirm what the app’s displayed reference price represents. An aggregated coin price is not automatically your exchange’s bid or ask.
Verify: Official app and included features · Price-alert setup
Coinwink: simple Telegram and email alerts without a charting suite
Its public site documents price and percentage alerts, portfolio tracking and Telegram/email delivery. The free pricing page separates five email alerts from five Telegram alerts. Standard and Premium increase allowances; Premium also includes an SMS allocation.
Choose this workflow when you already know the level you want to monitor. Compared with CoinNudge, the distinction is user-defined thresholds versus our managed market-event conditions. Neither approach automatically identifies a profitable entry; inspect the message and reset/repeat behaviour for your use case.
Verify: Coinwink feature overview · Current plans and quotas
Cryptocurrency Alerting: broader delivery options and configurable rules
Official documentation covers price, volume, listings and on-chain monitoring, with destinations including Telegram, Discord, email, app push and webhooks. This is a candidate when delivery flexibility matters more than a ready-made interpretation.
Count independent rules before choosing a plan. A rule slot is not the same as a notification, and a paid notification allowance does not remove every SMS or telephone restriction. Compared with CoinNudge, the trade-off is greater rule/destination choice against more configuration responsibility.
Verify: Official feature and channel FAQ · Plan allowances and billing
TradingView: the better fit when your chart logic is the product
TradingView supports alerts tied to prices, indicators, drawings and strategies. Its Pine integration is important if you need your own calculations rather than a provider’s fixed checklist.
Do not buy an entire charting plan just because its alert count is higher. Write down the technical condition, symbol coverage and destination first. Conversely, do not leave a custom strategy for a simpler service that cannot reproduce it. Our dedicated alternatives guide explains that migration boundary.
Verify: TradingView alert types · Alternatives and migration checklist
CoinMarketCap: free price alerts alongside a broad coin directory
The mobile app is a practical choice for price targets and watchlists. Its wider site also advertises AI alerts; we did not verify their subscription entitlement or delivery behavior, so this comparison does not label every CMC alert as a bare price notification.
Choose it when discovering and tracking a wide range of coins is the priority. Choose CoinNudge when your requirement is the specific managed Telegram checklist and evidence-linked messages shown in our public examples—not because CMC has no analysis.
Verify: CoinMarketCap: free price alerts alongside a broad coin directory — official source
CoinStats: connect alerts to the portfolio you actually hold
CoinStats fits investors who want alerts beside the holdings they already track. The official page displays a free Basic plan and Premium at $13.99/month after the trial; check the selected billing option rather than treating that quote as an annual equivalent. Confirm the desired alert type and connection permissions in the app.
This is a stronger fit when portfolio tracking is the central task. CoinNudge does not replace holdings, tax or P&L management. Our alternative is monitoring a defined market checklist without importing your investment accounts.
Verify: CoinStats: connect alerts to the portfolio you actually hold — official source · Feature documentation
Delta: portfolio context, not just a price alarm
Delta fits a portfolio-first workflow across asset types, with custom notifications and paid PRO features. Its current product overview was checked, but a numeric subscription quote was not verified; the old September prices are not presented as today’s offer.
Choose Delta to combine multiple investments with portfolio insights. CoinNudge is narrower: a crypto-market alert service delivered to Telegram. Do not buy us expecting a multi-asset portfolio tracker or assume explanations are unique to our service.
Altrady: alerts with a trading terminal and custom scanner
Altrady fits traders who want monitoring close to a trading terminal. Its official content describes price/trend-line alerts, technical scanning and connected trading features. Basic €28/month was visible in the public pricing check; verify feature entitlement and the selected tier before purchase.
Price and trend-line alerts connect to a broader trading workflow. Prefer this when you want configurable scans and order tools. CoinNudge avoids that setup for its managed categories, but cannot replace Altrady’s terminal, bots or arbitrary rule construction.
Verify: Altrady: alerts with a trading terminal and custom scanner — official source · Feature documentation
Santiment: alert on social and on-chain conditions
Sanbase is a specialist option for social and on-chain metric questions, with screening and custom alerts. The official page lists Pro $49/month and Max $249/month; free access includes a stated 30-day data lag and up to three simultaneous alerts. Verify the chosen metric and plan, not just the integration name.
Choose it to define questions about social activity or on-chain behavior. CoinNudge is a simpler choice for its supported exchange-event checklist, not a substitute for Santiment’s metric catalog. Telegram delivery itself is not our exclusive advantage.
Verify: Santiment: alert on social and on-chain conditions — official source
CryptoQuant: alerts backed by on-chain investigation
CryptoQuant offers metric alerts and research, with separate institutional and API arrangements. The current pricing page did not expose a verifiable numeric quote in our browser checks. We have not reused older search-result prices as current monthly prices.
It belongs on the shortlist when exchange deposits, withdrawals or other on-chain questions drive your decisions. CoinNudge’s active-buy/sell flow is executed trade flow—not blockchain deposits or withdrawals—and should not be sold as the same dataset.
Verify: CryptoQuant: alerts backed by on-chain investigation — official source
altFINS: when a technical screener should also notify you
altFINS is worth inspecting when you discover coins through a saved technical filter or chart pattern and want notifications tied to that screen. Its documentation distinguishes price, filter and pattern alerts with mobile support. Check the exact interval, condition and destination; a screening catalogue does not prove every message fits your strategy.
This is a more configurable discovery workflow than our maintained market-event checklist. Numeric pricing was not verified in this edition, and advertised pattern accuracy is not treated as an independently reproduced result.
Stock Alarm Pro: stock and crypto alerts without separate watchlists
Stock Alarm Pro is a candidate for investors following both equities and crypto, with documented price, percentage, volume and technical triggers plus push/email/phone delivery. Its asset count combines markets; it must not be quoted as the number of supported cryptocurrencies.
The subscription page lists three free alerts and a $168 annual offer. A card-required trial can become a paid subscription, so check renewal timing. This is a multi-asset convenience proposition, not a verified notification-speed advantage over crypto-only tools.

Binance app: a pair-specific alert beside the market you already use
The Binance app is a practical first check when you need a price alert for a pair you already monitor there. Its official instructions describe the Pro app mode, up to ten alerts per pair, fifty total and 90-day validity. Pro here describes the app interface, not a paid CoinNudge-style alert subscription.
Recheck current regional/account availability and the expiry shown in your app. A price notification is not an exchange order, guaranteed fill or managed interpretation of volume and leverage. If your need is an order, configure the appropriate exchange order type separately.
Breet: target-rate alerts linked to local cash-out, not a global signal suite
Breet fits an eligible holder whose next task is conversion to naira or cedis, rather than configuring a technical strategy. Its own guide lists up to five free target-rate alerts by push/email and a Nigeria/Ghana workflow. These are its own product claims, not our endorsement of its competitor ranking.
Check the conversion quote, fees, eligibility and notification settings. This regional cash-out workflow is different from exchange chart rules or our non-executing Telegram service; “can act in the same app” does not establish lower trading cost or a better investment result.

Inspect the data before choosing a pack.
Prepared research packs supply scoped features, separate outcomes where available and quality flags. Buy a fixed edition once and download directly; API use is optional.
Check data pack samples · Explore the full data catalog · Compare data plans
Each purchased pack includes its specified fields and published date range. This page's full dataset is not automatically included. Other data families require coverage, date, field and source-use confirmation before purchase. Telegram Pro is a separate 30-day service; historical packs are one-time purchases.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best crypto alert app for beginners?
For a few known phone price levels, try a free app such as CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap, or a supported exchange app. Verify the reference price, repeat behaviour and phone permissions before paying for technical or contextual monitoring.
Which crypto alert tools support Telegram?
Coinwink and Cryptocurrency Alerting document configurable Telegram alerts; CoinNudge sends eligible managed market events to a linked private Telegram chat. Chart-webhook routing is a separate integration task, not automatically a ready-made Telegram service.
Are free crypto price alerts enough?
Often, for a small set of known target prices. Upgrade when the exact condition, destination or usable quota you need is absent. Rule counts and notification counts are different, and free price alerts do not automatically include managed technical, flow or leverage interpretation.
Which app should I choose for RSI, MACD or custom Pine alerts?
For your exact chart formula or Pine logic, inspect TradingView; for screener-led technical conditions, inspect altFINS or Altrady. CoinNudge maintains preset RSI/MACD/EMA/Bollinger conditions and contextual messages but does not import arbitrary scripts or thresholds.
Does CoinNudge send a signal every five or fifteen minutes?
No. Those intervals describe some observation bars. Delivery requires category entitlement, valid inputs and qualifying materiality; related observations can be grouped or suppressed. There is no guaranteed number of messages per day.
Do multiple indicators prove a trade is confirmed?
No. RSI, MACD and EMA share price inputs and are not independent votes. Check the price structure, valid participation, higher-timeframe opposition and missing data before deciding whether an observation matters to your strategy.
Are funding and OI alerts buy or sell instructions?
No. Funding and open interest describe native-contract positioning. A crowded side does not establish the next price direction or risk-free carry. Verify units, funding interval, basis, fees and spot/liquidation context.
Can an alert app guarantee that I catch every price move?
No such guarantee was established by this guide. Coverage, source failures, rules, cooldowns, channel limits and device settings can all affect what you receive. A raw public trigger is not a customer delivery receipt.
Which crypto alert app is fastest?
This edition did not run a controlled cross-provider latency test, so it does not name a fastest app. A fair test records every eligible event, a common event clock, channel acceptance, misses and delay distributions; acceptance still does not prove a person read the alert.
Why am I not receiving Telegram crypto alerts?
Check whether the exact rule qualified on the same pair/venue and completed candle, then check enabled settings, entitlement, quota, linked chat and device notifications. For CoinNudge, raw observations can also fail the delivery policy; send support the pair, category and UTC time, never credentials.
What does CoinNudge Pro cost and include?
Pro is $8.99 for 30 days without automatic renewal: nine supported alert categories plus a daily briefing, explanations, language/timezone settings and eligible follow-ups. The default spot scope is 12 coins plus up to ten personal supported coins; other categories have separate source scopes. Checkout can include a chain/payment-identification adjustment.
Is CoinNudge cheaper than every competitor or equivalent to every premium tier?
No. Free tools exist and some entry plans cost less. CoinNudge bundles supported managed categories in one 30-day purchase; it does not include every competitor’s scripts, SMS, charting, portfolio tools or execution entitlement.
Are the three recorded examples proof that Telegram messages reached customers?
No. They are selected public observations with source times and frozen facts. One technical case illustrates conflicting evidence and is not presented as a qualifying send. This guide does not contain customer read receipts, a delivery-speed benchmark or measured trade returns for the examples.
Does an alert plan include historical data downloads or automated trading?
No. CoinNudge alert access is separate from one-time research data packs, and alerts do not execute orders. Its free public Research API also has a separate 60-request-per-minute limit.
