Service boundary
CoinNudge provides read-only market monitoring and configurable notifications. It does not execute orders, custody assets, manage positions, verify token legitimacy or provide personalized investment advice.
Availability and risk
Upstream outages, polling latency, rate limits, website changes and network failures can delay or omit observations. Digital assets can lose value rapidly and CoinNudge must not be used as the sole risk-control mechanism.
Payment and delivery
Pro alerts, Data Researcher and Data Research Desk are separate one-time 30-day digital-service purchases with no automatic renewal. The checkout displays the selected product, exact USDT network and amount. A confirmed data-plan payment activates the account entitlement; API-key and file onboarding then use the registered account email. Wrong-network, wrong-token or wrong-amount transfers can require manual review and are not automatically refundable.
Third-party limits
Public access to an exchange endpoint does not itself grant unrestricted commercial redistribution rights. CoinNudge may restrict a source, feature or region when upstream terms, reliability or legal review require it.
Professional data access
CoinNudge Data plans are separate from personal Pro alerts. A confirmed Researcher or Research Desk payment activates a 30-day account entitlement; API-key and bulk-delivery onboarding use the registered account email and remain limited to the eligible catalog and actual available history. Institutional and custom work are scoped before payment. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, access covers internal research only and does not grant external display or redistribution rights. Source coverage can change, gaps remain visible and no uninterrupted feed, investment result or minimum history is guaranteed.
