CoinNudge privacy: account and notification data

Learn what account and notification data CoinNudge stores, why it is needed, how long it is retained and how users can delete it.

What is stored

CoinNudge stores an email address, salted password hash, hashed session tokens, alert settings, notification history and verified delivery-channel settings. First-party operational measurement stores an irreversible visitor hash, landing path, referral source, device class and timezone without storing the raw visitor IP or using analytics cookies. It does not request wallet private keys or exchange trading credentials.

Purpose and retention

Account data supports authentication, plan coverage and notification delivery. Public research signals and irrecoverable public market observations are retained for historical analysis without a fixed age-based deletion window. User-linked signals are not currently purged by age; they remain private and are removed with active account records on account deletion. Notification and delivery-job records are normally removed after 30 days, daily-brief execution records after 45 days, and sessions expire after seven days. Account deletion does not erase independent public market records. Backups have a separate retention and recovery lifecycle; no automatic 30-day backup deletion is promised.
